Return & Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your package to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can return the product without having to give reasons or pay any penalties, with the exception of return costs.
Return Conditions
Product Status :
The product must be in its original condition, unused and returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and documents.
Return Fees:
Return costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or if an error has been made on our part.
Return of Defective Product
If you receive a defective or non-compliant product with your order, please contact us at hello@mydashcam.fr within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Required Documents:
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
- Description of the defect or non-compliance.
Return Costs: MyDashCam.fr will cover the return costs for defective or non-compliant products.
Return for Change of Opinion
Inform us of your withdrawal:
- Send an email to hello@mydashcam.fr.
Return the product:
- The product must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.
- Return costs are your responsibility.
Important Notes:
- Initial delivery charges are non-refundable if delivery was paid for.
- Items returned after the 14 day period will not be accepted.
- Products that are incomplete, damaged or damaged by the customer will not be taken back or refunded.
Return Procedure
Preparation for Return:
- Print and insert the return slip in the package.
- Pack items in their original packaging and make sure they are not in use.
Return Shipment:
- Send the package to the address provided by our customer service. Return costs are your responsibility.
- Do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.
Acceptance of Returns and Exchanges
- Returns: Yes, we accept returns for defective and non-defective products.
- Exchanges: Yes, we accept exchanges.
Product Status Accepted
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for new products, including those that are unopened in their original packaging or have never been used.
Return Period
Customers have 14 days from receipt of the product to return a product.
Return Method
Products can be returned by post.
Return Policy
Refunds will be made in EUR (euros). The amount will be automatically converted to the customer's local currency based on current exchange rates.
Return Label
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Restocking Fees
No restocking fees will be applied.
Refund
MyDashCam.fr will reimburse you within 14 days of receipt of the returned product or proof of return.
Reimbursement Methods:
- Bank Card: The amount of the returned items will be credited to your bank card.
- PayPal: The amount of the returned items will be credited to your PayPal account.
